I love Halloween! So, in the spirit of celebration, I designed some fun Halloween owl treat bags for Quinn's Fall Festival tomorrow. Of course, she is going as an owl (or hoo-hoo as she says) because she LOVES owls like her mama! OWL was her first real word (after mama and dada).
