All you need to make these cupcake bear toppers are:

• Fudge Dipped Oreos

• Candy Hearts

• Valentine's Sprinkles

• Candy Eyes

• Pink Candy Melts

• Reeses® Minis , chocolate candy melts or OREO Thins Bites Fudge Dipped

• Edible Pen

Use you favorite cupcake box mix and top with my buttercream recipe.
