It's finally October and that means it's officially Halloween season!!! We love Halloween at my house and I am 100% ready for spooky baking! I wanted to start out with a quick, easy and super fun treat: monster cookie dough cake cones!
I used these awesome JOY Color Cups that I found at Publix. What a fun find!
I decided instead of traditional cake cone filling that I would use Cookies & Cream Betty Crocker™ No-Bake Cookie Dough Bites and, let me tell you, they are so so so good! You could totally use cake pop filling, cupcakes, cookie or brownies and all would be delish topped with frosting.
For the no-bake cookie dough you just need cream cheese and butter, how easy is that?!
I topped the filled cookie dough cake cones with my Classic Vanilla Buttercream and Sweets Indeed Monster Mash Sprinklefetti® I am obsessed with the design of this Halloween mix! The colors are awesome, plus, it includes candy eyeballs, yes!!
How cute are these cones?! They are so easy to whip up and if you used store bought frosting you could make them in about 10 minutes, but, I do recommend homemade buttercream for the delicious ice cream-like taste!
