There is something about Mother's Day that just makes me think breakfast in bed. I would love nothing more than to sleep in and be served a delicious breakfast, and that is exactly what I plan to do! It is the simple pleasures that I am looking for, not an expensive gift. So, this Mother's Day I have an easy and delicious one bowl blueberry recipe to share with you.
This is my mom's tried and true muffin recipe! She gave it to me at my "stock-the-pantry" bridal shower ten years ago and it has been a breakfast staple in my home ever since! Why use a box mix when you can make an amazing from-scratch muffin with just a few staple ingredients, plus, FRESH BLUEBERRIES. Need I say more?
Ahhhh, warm blueberry muffins with a bit of butter! Is there anything better?!
